Helter Skelter.

This week has been intense.
but I've survived, even if I am completely exhausted.

I had quite a few things due for classes. And I managed to get them all done in a (mostly) timely manner.
I'd really like to post the Greek Myth that I wrote for my Greek and Roman Mythology class.
But it's 6 pages long.

I also finished my portfolio for Creative Writing.
I'm pretty proud of it.
Especially since finishing the goddamn thing was pretty close to torture.

My computer is pretty moody, and sometimes she really hates...you know...working.
So she was being a little angry yesterday and wouldn't turn on so that I could print my last scene.
So, I showed up to my last creative writing class over an hour late.
And I walked into the most awesome thing I've ever found in a classroom.

My fellow writers were taking turns reading their poetry, short stories, and scenes.
But it wasn't any ordinary reading, because they were all sloshed.
Everyone in the room was holding a cup full of homemade beer or cheap wine.
And we were all having a really nice time listening to one another stumble over our various works.
It was really a wonderful way to end the semester.

But it's really fucking hot in San Francisco right now.
No one knows what to do with themselves.
And nothing is air-conditioned.
At least when it's over 90 degrees in Southern California, we know to crank up the air-conditioning and wait for the sun to go down.
San Franciscans haven't a clue.
It's hotter inside than it is outside, and don't even get me started on what it's like taking the bus...
But it is pretty funny look at all the San Francisco natives wearing their versions of "summer clothes."

Oh, you pretty things.
